Alissa McLester

I began my teaching career in 2000 and have been blessed to teach across many subjects and grade levels over the years, with English and Drama being my specialties.

I am fortunate to have taught at McCoy previously from 2005-2010, and now again since 2023. This school is a pretty special place full of positive and encouraging staff and energetic and engaging students, and I feel blessed to be able to teach here again. This school year, I will be teaching a variety of English courses, a drama course, and the Production Arts course which will culminate in December with our performance of the classic musical Mary Poppins. I look forward to another great school year of learning and growth!
